Reminds me when California first made weed legal, and a troupe of girl scouts decided to sell their cookies right outside a place where you could smoke, and buy weed. They made bank that day that it even made the news.

The country is actually missing out on a large opportunity by not having these around every dispensary. But ofc the country (and my state which is surrounded by legal states , and has the motto live free or die, would rather fight against the lucrative opportunity for all.
